You gotta try Ambassador Pizza Co next time you're in Toronto. What makes them so special is that they use a special kind of cheese that you can only get in Windsor Ontario called Galati Cheese. It's a super rare, locally homegrown non-processed cheese that they don't let just anybody use, the guy who owns Ambassador actually had to sit down with the family who makes the cheese and get the AOK to get the cheese shipped to him so he could use it on their pizzas. Check them out next time you're in Toronto bro you won't regret it. They're in the Bloor and Dovercourt area, about a 5 minute walk away from Ossington Subway Station.
