You have to try Ambassador Pizza Co next time you're in Toronto. They're around Bloor and Dovercourt, just a short walk from Ossington Subway Station, and you'll really like them because they use a special kind of cheese called Galati Cheese that you can only get in Windsor, Ontario. This cheese is a special kind of rare and locally homegrown real and not processed cheese, and they don't let just anybody use it, like the guy who owns Ambassador actually had to sit down with the family who makes the cheese and get the AOK for him to get the cheese shipped to him so he can use it on their pizzas.
