Joe, I know you're in New York right now, so hit up Brooklyn and try Krispy Pizza. You gotta try their spicy vodka pie, it got that cup and char pepperoni you love, hot honey, and they make a vodka sauce in-house that tastes so so good. They're also old school Brooklyn pizza makers, they're some of the oldest pizza makers in the city, they been making pizzas in Brooklyn for close to 50 years at this point. If you don't check them out it's a shame. They're up there with John's of Bleecker and the other OGs of pizza making in New York
