    Hey Joe,

I’ve got a few places for you.

    1. You should try Bella Pizza, in Boston, NY. It’s our go-to in the Southtowns / Hamburg village area. Very good Buffalo style pizza. Medium thickness crust. Cup and char. Good standard sauce. Good cheese blend.

    2. The Chicken Finger pizza at Butera’s in the village of Hamburg is excellent. It’s wood fire style. A little detour from the usual Buffalo pizza style. https://www.buterasbrickoven.com/

    3. Pasquale’s in East Aurora, NY has good pizza. Again, it’s a little different than the typical Buffalo pizza, but still very good. Got that cheese blend you like. Bonus, it’s across the street from Bar Bill, which you should totally go to and get some wings to go with your Pasquale’s pizza. I’m a fan of the honey butter BBQ, but all their sauces are legit. Bar Bill even has a wings and weck deal.

    4. If you ever go back to La, Nova on West Ferry St in Buffalo, NY, I suggest getting the sesame seed crust. It takes it up a notch. I don’t know how you feel about dipping pizza in blue cheese, but it’s a common practice in WNY. I suggest grabbing La Nova’s house made blue cheese and getting your dip on. It takes the pizza to another level. While you’re there, you should also grab an order of the bbq wings from the pit. They’re best in class. Again, the blue cheese takes it to another level.

    5. The Silly Yak. It’s a food truck that makes gluten free pizza. Would be great to get a review for them and help them get their name out. They’re getting good business at the moment, but more people knowing there is a place out there that specifically caters to people who are celiac would be fantastic for them and for the public. My soon to be 12 year old is T1 diabetic and celiac and pizza is a favorite food for him. Before he was diagnosed, he and I started doing pizza reviews after we saw a few of yours. My middle child would film, with my youngest daughter providing the chaos. If you hit us up maybe we can coordinate and he can help you do the Silly Yak review.

  5. I saw your Ottawa pizza reviews on YouTube and I think Lil Z’s in downtown Ottawa is better than some of the other pizza places you reviewed in Ottawa. It’s one of the top ones in Ottawa.
