You have to try Chop’s shop pizza in gasport ny. Just down route 31 from Lockport. My wife and my favorite the traditional sauce with garlic Parm crust.

Hey Joe! I would love to see a review of Hunt Brothers Pizza available in convenient stores. They have an operation contracting their ovens to stores to sell their pizza. It is the best gas station style pizza I have had! The closest location to me is on the corner of Witmer Rd and Military Rd in Niagara Falls, NY inside the gas station store. If you take a drive down the road a ways to Gail’s Tobacco and Gas they have a Hunt Brothers Pizza oven there as well and they make the food much better at that location.

Try Stevie V’s on Robinson Rd in Lockport, Lock City Pizza, Davison Dr Lockport, Pizza Oven, Vine St, Lockport and Cafora’s main st Newfane

  6. Not sure if you’ve gone to Detroit yet…..but if not, you have to try Mootz Pizzeria! I had their spicy Hawaiian and it was literally fire. Thin crispy crust, loaded with toppings. Absolutely delicious. The 2nd place you have to try while there is Buddy’s Pizza. Claimed as the original Detroit style. I had their ‘Detroit Public TV’ pizza. Super crunch crowing cheesed edges, a medium thick crust, just a real good square pie.

I think you’ll find a very interesting Detroit style pizza with cup and char pepperoni at The Hustlers in Lewiston, NY. This might be your highest rating pizza.

  8. I think you need another road trip….you may not like the Pizza in Kingston, as it’s pepperoni under the cheese, but the people from Kingston love it more than the people from Ottawa, as you found pizza with the Pep on top. Maybe stop in Oshawa, Belleville to find out out where they start putting the pep on top. Let me know if you like the idea? When in Kingston… Mamma Mia on Front St., Babba’s and Capri in Amhersview
