Joe you HAVE to try Chuck’s on North Street. Expert CnC pepp pie and a stalwart of all the folks in the burgeoning medical corridor. One of the top 5-8 slices in town. You usually get a whole pie, but I suggest going for a lunchtime slice. https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/chucks-pizza-buffalo-3?select=gqpjMbHJT1qU97LG83W3Mw … It really is a best kept secret for those that don’t live in the immediate neighborhood or work at the hospitals. Amplify my friend!
I saw this review by Dave. Was wondering if you’ve been here?

Wish I could go to every places ranked more than 8.00
If you come to Montréal you really have to go to Marconi Pizzeria located at 2222 Beaubien street Est, Montréal, Québec, H2G 1M7.
Established for more than 40 years this is the real deal, nice little quartier in Rosemont with nice history of working class.
The owner is Cristo an older man who is still working in the restaurant, his son as a franchise in south sure for few years now.
I use to live right in front of Marconi many years ago and had pizza every weeks.
I am sure they would like the opportunity to have your review on this pizzeria if you can.
Cheers.
Chris.
If you’re branching into subs, you need to try Mike’s Subs in Kenmore NY. My go-to is the toasted Italian, but they also sell pizzas/pizza Subs. Since I always get the Italian I’ve never had their pizza, but it’s Kenmore/Buffalo so it’s probably good
Hey Joe, on your next visit to Toronto head a little further North to Richmond Hill and try Abruzzo Pizza. Been a staple around here since the early 80s. Run by two Italian brothers and one of the busiest pizzerias in Canada. Excellent crust and sauce with a unique cup and char pepperoni that has some spice to it. You can get a thin crust or their regular crust, both are delicious.
B22 Brar 22 has some good quality pizzas for a good price at 6671 Drummond Rd up in Niagara Falls, Ontario and so does Flavoured Crust Pizza and Wings up on 6080 McLeod Rd Unit #4 in the same town.
