If you have time and are still in the area, check out Terra House at 25 Buffalo St Akron, NY. While not a pizzeria, it’s a cafe that does artisan long fermented Sicilian style crust. All the breads are made in house for the sandwiches as well.

In a city that doesn't have a ton of good pizzerias...Pepis pizza on Water st. Kitchener is a city favorite. It's not your traditional pizza, but it's full of flavor and guarantee you haven't had a pizza like this. The Pepperoni has a smokey flavor which I've never experienced anywhere else.
