Sams Pizzeria in Kemptville is by far the best pizza south of Ottawa, and I'd even state its probably one of if not the best pizza places in and around the Ottawa area. You need to try it out!
Louis's Pizza, it's the original thick cheesy "Ottawa-Style" pizza, it's very filling and different, but you can tell they use quality ingredients, they've been open a long-time and don't even deliver that's how busy they are. Probably not your favourite slice but it's definitely unique. I would approach from a "different style" perspective, if you're going in expecting a thin crispy crust don't even bother. There is a reason why everyone in Eastern Ontario basically tried to copy them (never to any success). Honestly I would consider ordering the thin-crust for yourself and asking well-done because the crust is very loafy and even sweet (which is why people like it, you probably won't). Good ingredients though
There’s a good pizza joint in Gatineau called Naples that is like San Marino’s and Carlos. Not your type, but for Ottawa-Gatineau is a good one with the Sliced Pepperoni sandwich meat under the cheese.

The Shop in Warkworth, ON. Ask for thick crust or try both! The regular is extremely thin
I highly recommend Pizza L'Oven
Exeter, Pennsylvania, USA
They make a special kind of pizza called Pan Fried Sicilian. They cook it in an inch of peanut oil (it's crispy and crunchy), it's got a real basic chunky style tomato sauce, and a nice cheese blend.
Unless you're allergic I suggest getting it with the onions in the sauce, definitely use their SPECIAL GARLIC POWDER, and make sure you get a Birch Beer to wash it all down!
