From Buffalo and enjoy a lot of the pizza reviews you have done. However, my home ( past 18 years) is now Pittsburgh and we have a abundance of excellent pizza joints. I strongly recommend taking an extra 3.5 hours south to try Steel City pies. My all time Favorite pizza place here is Vincents Pizza Park In Forrest hills. But there are many more gems as well. Hope one day you make the trip.

You have to get to Bella Pizza in Lackawanna and Imperial in South Buffalo!!! Two of the best!!

Down the street from Capelli’s is Nino’s Pizza. When I first moved to Orchard Park, I asked who had the best pie and most people said Nino’s. They have a Hamburg location too.

Wedgewood Pizza in Austintown, Ohio. Absolutely one of the best in Contry.

Hi Joe! If you're ever in Columbus, OH we have a pizza place called Minelli's. They've been a Columbus staple since 1967. Thin crust pie, cup and char peps, snappy back end crust, cornmeal dusting. Sauce is non-sweet. An excellent, greasy pie. Great value, too. As of this writing (August 2024), a 14" pepperoni and cheese costs $17.24 USD.
