SEBASTIAN'S , in Gloucester, Mass., has the BEST pizza in that town.... Their Linguisa/ Pep pizza is just AWESOME.... (Unfortunately there aren't any pizza shops to compare it to around WNY, because there aren't any pizza shops that I know of, who use Linguisa)..... As for WNY Pizza, I like Leon's, and Buzzy's, in Niagara Falls..... Galasi's, in NT is really good, and their subs are FANTASTIC!
Sullivans Taproom in Kilkenny Ireland has the most talented Italian guys working in the kitchen who lovingly make a beautiful 72hour fermented dough which is so incredibly light and chewy. Their oven is kept around 400' resulting in that all important leoparding on the crust from the caramalisation process in the heat.
All toppings have been carefully selected with thw Italian Sausage being my favourite.
The venue is so cool and has a deep history in Kilkenny with the original brewery opening in 1702. These guys have the best beer garden and pizza in town
You need to Try Brando's in North Tonawanda or their Niagara Falls location. We love the Niagara Falls location.

On Mondays, "Pizza Heist" in Lancaster NY has a special. A large cheese and pepperoni pizza for $13.00. It is excellent and cheap. Better then most pizza's out there. Tastes great. Lots of cheese. They do not cheapen it up on Mondays. Thank you.
Lock City Pizza in Lockport. Really the only one you need to try. You've never had pizza like this. Guaranteed.
