Mother Bears Pizza has been my go to spot in Bloomington Indiana for years and years. They make a delicious pan style pie with a delicious sauce. I feel like their pizza would be right up your alley. They have 2 locations in town but their campus location has been serving quality pizza since 1973.

Hey Joe. A hidden gem for pizza is the Jordan House Tavern. My partner and I always go there when home visiting mom. Ask for "The Franco". It's not on the menu but it's the Meat-za with ground beef added. They do it for my partner Franco so that's how we order it now. It's so good and a hidden pizza gem. ✌️♥️ 🍕

The Jordan House Tavern in Jordan, Ontario. It's a little hidden pizza gem. Would not have guessed the quality pizza that they make. We go each time when down there. ( I grew up in Jordan , them serving pizza is fairly new) We get the Meat-za and they add ground beef on request for us. It is an off menu pizza that is nicknamed "The Franco" now after my partner. Joe! Recently in Youngstown, NY a new grocery store opened up called "Youngstown Marketside". In addition to baked goods, and cafe drinks, they have some killer pizza. Thin crust and just absolutely amazing. Never gotten a full pizza before but I assume you can order one from their number (on Google maps). I think you you should try it out!
