Not quite sure if you'd ever be adventurous enough to take a trip to try Pizza Roma here in Somerville, AL.
It's a local Pizza joint that actually started out of the back of a grocery store. Then turned into a tiny lil shack-like stand. Their Pizza along side Alphonso's (their lasagna is absolute THE BEST ask for extra cheese if you do order it) in Decatur, AL (cause if you visit you may as well try different spots!) are a personal child hood staple for me growing up.
There is also another little place in Athens, AL called Village Pizza they're also another local Pizza place that is absolutely PHENOMENAL.
Finally there's a place in Florence, AL called Ricatoni's Italian Grill. Their Pizza is so fresh an cheesy! I can't speak for their meat pizzas as I only tried the cheese and never got to visit again! It was such a good Pizza though!
